SECUTAG - unique, cost-effective for any application. Your products are identified by microscopic particles that are unique - like a ‘fingerprint’.
The possible uses of SECUTAG are many and varied. Its particles may be applied to the surface of your product, or incorporated into it, and cannot be mimicked. Possible uses are: Labeling/pasting, coating, embossing/stamping and spraying your products with SECUTAG.
It is possible to protect one-off items, whole batches or even entire productions using an individual code, covertly or overtly.

It is a matter of opinion: In accordance with the marketing and the product policy of your company, SECUTAG can individually be applied to your product. Some companies combat product piracy with an open visor. PUMA, for example, officially evinces that all PUMA products are secured with SECUTAG. The advantage: the public announcement already distracts counterfeiters from counterfeiting in the forefront. The number of counterfeits is declining and further on regressive.
A concept which pays off.
In contrast: badly secured products ease counterfeiters trade. Products that can be easily imitated will be often counterfeited. If there is an effective security system only the counterfeiter has to be angry. Customers and consumers whereas know - thanks to SECUTAG protection - that they buy an origin. That increases both, reputation and sales.

Other producers may deal discreetly with their method of security. SECUTAG makes it possible: the colour codes are microscopically small and therefore invisible to the eye. Particularly this applies, if a third-party doesn't know that the product is secured or how to find the colour code. If a brand manufacturer applies for seizure at border, the custom or in-house agents know where to find the incisive spot. One view through the microscope answers the purpose. Counterfeit or originl - the answer is definite.

Another possibility is imaginable: the use of both concepts! This option is realised successfully by numerous companies. On the one hand you can promulgate the SECUTAG product protection. Everybody knows the product is an original. On the other hand the counterfeiter doesn't have a premonition of the invisible SECUTAG product protection, which is applied somewhere to the product. Even the attempt to imitate the overt SECUTAG product protection wouldn't work out. The security expert's point of view is: a twofold protection is the best way to secure your products.
The advantage of SECUTAG is, that all three applications have been used successfully millionfold for more than ten years. Up to this day no counterfeiter has been succeeding in imitating the microscopic colour-code.
