The basis of the SECUTAG
system is microscopically and extremely durable melamine alkyd
polymer particle, which are sized between 5 to 45 µm.
This size of the particles is unique worldwide and depends
on the particular application. |
More than 4.35 thousand million different basic colour codes
The identification system is patent pending on the international
level and trademarked. It allows more than 4,35 billion basic colour
codes. The gauge of the layers starts with a size of 0.001 mm.
Identification
of the Security-code is easy
The security code is produced by the use of a so called "sandwich
method" wherein 4 to 10 variably coloured layers are stratified.
Each customer gets an own personal colour code. With binary
codes,
which means the combination of numerous particles, the number
of codes is practically infinite. A particular code number
is
the product of the allocation of a specific numerical value to
each individual colour. The code may easily be read using tube
microscopes and automatic devices.
