The evolution
of MICROTAGGANT® and MICOT® is SECUTAG® - invented by
Rolf Simons. Our manufacturing technology make it unique within
competing products
SECUTAG
is thermal resistant up to 200°C, and for a short time even
up to 350°C. SECUTAG
also resists most aggressive media, such as organic solvents and
chemicals, and may be incorporated into various solid, fluid, pasty
or powdery materials, or conveniently applied straight onto the
product. SECUTAG
can be delivered in normal colours, high or low fluorescent coating
, magnetic coating, as well as in combination of these features.
SECUTAG
may also be used in various printing processes, or applied by
brush, a sprayer or a coating machine, printed on labels, or by
hot transfer. Cost-effective identification methods can be applied
by integrating SECUTAG
into a printing process, such as offset, intaglio, letterpress,
flexographic, silk-screen or tampon-printing processes, and in
dispenser equipment or stamping foil. SECUTAG
can even be embedded in polyester fibers and filaments of just
100 µm diameter for use in protecting textile materials,
bank notes, cheque- or credit cards.
SECUTAG
and Nordson -
machining with dispenser - for easy installation in manufacturing
processes.
